While the Sectual message board staff attempts to remove any messages containing inappropriate, sexually obscene, slanderous, or threatening material that could be considered invasive of a person's privacy, or which otherwise violate any kind of law, it is impossible to review every message posted on this discussion system. For this reason, you acknowledge that all messages posted on this discussion system express the views and opinions of the original message author and not the views of the Sectual message board in general. The Sectual message board takes no responsibility and cannot be held liable for any messages posted.
By using the Sectual message board, you agree not to upload or submit any material that is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, harassing, threatening or invasive of privacy. You agree not to upload or submit any material that would constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or that would otherwise create liability or violate any local, state, national, or international law. You agree not to upload or submit any material that may infringe any trademark, copyright or intellectual rights of any party. By uploading or submitting any material, you declare that you have the lawful right to distribute and reproduce that material.
The Sectual message board reserves the right to terminate your access to this website for any reason or no reason at all, in its sole discretion and without notice.

If you have registered on the Sectual message board and no longer wish to be a member, you may request to have your account deactivated. To request account deactivation, please contact the Sectual Webmaster via [email protected] from the email address registered to your account. You may also request account deactivation by logging into your account and sending a Private Message to an Administrator. You may reach an Administrator by Private Message or by using the Contact page.
Account deactivation results in your username and email address being removed from the account, therefore disassociating your identity from the account. All posts and threads made by the account will still appear on the Sectual message board, but your username and email address will no longer be associated with the account and the account will no longer be accessible. The Sectual message board deems deactivated accounts permanently closed, and deactivated accounts will not be reactivated under any circumstances.
